Canyon County - Caldwell

Our attorneys are in court in Canyon County nearly every week.  Most Canyon County judges know our attorneys by sight.  Canyon County is one of the busiest courthouses in Idaho.  In Canyon County criminal cases, cases initiated by the Canyon County Sheriff's Office, Idaho State Police, Nampa Police Department, and Caldwell Police Department are prosecuted by the Canyon County Prosecutor's Office.  If you are being prosecuted with a crime in Canyon County, we recommend you retain defense counsel familiar with the Canyon County Prosecutor's Office.

If you need to go to the Canyon County Courthouse, parking is available on the street and in a surface lot to the south of the courthouse, between the courthouse and the railroad tracks.  There is no charge for parking.  Security is tight, expect to be turned away if you have a pocket knife or a credit card style blade or handcuff key.  Remember to give yourself a few extra minutes to get through security.  The courthouse staff are friendly and want to help you in any way they can, within the rules they must follow.
