The Gem County Courthouse is located in Emmett, ID.

If you need to go to the Gem County Courthouse, parking is available on the street at no charge for parking.  Remember to leave any weapons, including pocket knives, in your car before entering the courthouse.  The Gem County Courthouse staff are friendly and helpful.
