ELMORE COUNTY – MOUNTAIN HOME

The Elmore County Courthouse is located in Mountain Home, ID.

Our attorneys are in court in Elmore County several times each year.  Elmore County is an interesting courthouse that has courtrooms in the basement.  It will seem like you are headed for a storage room of some sort but there are courtrooms down there.

If you need to go to the Elmore County Courthouse, street parking is available.  There is also parking at other county offices located in the same block as the courthouse.  Parking is free.  The courthouse has security, so remember to leave any pocketknives, credit card size knives, and handcuff keys in your car.  Remember to give yourself a few extra minutes to get through security.  The courthouse staff are generally friendly and want to help you in any way they can.  That said, this is a small courthouse so while you may be able to get in and out quickly, if there is a line, it could take a while to be helped.
