Charles F. Hoop

Charles Hoop grew up in Buhl, Idaho, and went into the field of Law Enforcement at an early age. He started out in detention, working in the Twin Falls County Jail for 8 years, where he was promoted through the ranks to Staff Sergeant. He then transferred over to patrol where he worked for 11 years, rising to the rank of Sergeant. Mr. Hoop also served as a Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructor, K9 Handler/Supervisor, SWAT Officer, and Marine Patrol Officer. Mr. Hoop believed that his job as a law enforcement officer was to protect people, treat everyone fairly, and to get the full story in every situation.

Mr. Hoop brings a blue-collar work ethic to Tatum McBride Law, P.C. As a paralegal, he prides himself on being thorough and applying his law enforcement background when reviewing reports, videos, and other discovery materials relevant to our clients’ cases. Mr. Hoop sees his work with Tatum McBride Law as a continuation of his passion for helping people and pursuing justice.
